| Autumn Lights Description: | "Imagine you are sitting in a forest setting of maples and oaks and autumn-rich colors in the canopy above. The open air all around is full of colored leaves falling to earth, the ground you sit on is a blanket of colors with beams of light coming through enlightening and fluorescing all it touches. A warm breeze in the air with scents of the forest drifting around and through you, a sun beam on your face, a leaf in your hair and you are at peace wanting for nothing. It is this experience that gave me the name of the piece, this was the first time all the stones were brought together in their frame and into the sun on the Autumn Equinox." -- Kevin Petrilli
This amulet features Fire Opal, Scapolite, Orange Garnet and 18 & 24 Karat Gold.
According to the Artist:
The Oregon Fire Opal was chosen for its color, sensitivity and for its fine crystalline harmonies. Fire opal can enhance consciousness and has been known to induce psychic and mystical vision.
Scapolite is not well known as a gemstone, but it is very powerful. Its energy can be soothing, warming and quite enchanting.
Orange Garnet brings strength and stability to the amulet and acts as an energy balancer. It can activate other crystal forms and amplify their properties, bringing different stones into harmony.
The 18 karat gold framing that holds the stones acts as the autumn leaves catching the light rays and have raised veins of 24 karat gold. |
